— Creating and maintaining a CRM communication calendar;
— Creating and maintaining automated, regular, and trigger multichannel (email, SMS, app push, etc.) campaigns in manual/automatic mode (Salesforce, Infobip, Unisender, Extrempush, Live chat);
— Creating and developing chains, triggers, automatic multichannel campaigns based on current tools/Salesforce;
— Maintaining the command boot (inbound and outbound channels);
— Controlling of CRM campaigns lists;
— Analyzing and reporting on improved campaigns quality;
— Establishing regular spot selling lists on the outgoing call center and IVR channel;
— Improving the current onboarding process and building it from scratch in new regions;
— Liaising with other divisions to conduct joint campaigns;
— Building and maintaining communication with contractors, content, design, BI, and other internal/external units;
— Participate in the implementation of the new software;
— Introduce ways of efficient cost optimization.
Essential professional experience:
— At least
— Knowledge of Internet Marketing Trends and Technologies in general;
— Creativity, autonomy, responsibility, and performance;
— English — Upper-Intermediate.
Desirable skills and personal features:
— Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how HTML emails are built;
— Content writing skills (English only);
— Experience in gambling/betting industries;
— Experience with Salesforce, Unisender, Figma, Notion.
