Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

— 3+ years of Proven working experience in finding the best talents;
— At least 2+ years of technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
— Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like competency-based interviews);
— Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases;
— Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
— Business acumen and market insight;
— Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
