— Develop and execute CRM campaigns for SMS, Email, Push, In-App;
— Audience group identification and segmentation;
— Monitor and improve campaigns in order to bring maximum value for both — the customers and the business;
— Localize the campaigns and contents within strategy in key strategic countries in order to provide customers a better experience and improve conversion, cross-sell, and re-activation;
— Develop a CRM plan for the regions including list of campaigns, lifecycles, workflows, contents according to marketing strategies;
— Apply A/B testing approach and effective campaign measurement methodology with regular reporting of results and insights;
— Work with CRM systems (SalesForce).
— 3+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing experience;
— 1+ years of experience with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce);
— Understanding of key CRM metrics: TG/CG, ARPU, CLM, ROI, Customer Journey, Channels performance;
— Experience with cross-channel marketing (SMS, Push, In-App);
— Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence another teams;
— Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions;
— Understand general relationships of the product with other components of the system;
— Analytical skills, ability to structure information.
