We invite those who fired up to:
— Plan, manage and monitor the projects’ execution;
— Deliver projects on time;
— Proactivity solve problems and optimize plans to stick to the projects’ time estimation;
— Make changes and improvements in day-to-day activities;
— Сonstant collaboration with Development and QA team;
— People management — team motivation, goals definition, staff needs definition.

Essential professional experience:
— At least 2 years’ experience in managing software development projects;
— Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time;
— High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines;
— Ability to lead 3-5+ projects simultaneously and keep up-to-date status on all of them;
— Understanding of change and risk management;
— Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum;
— Hands-on experience using task tracking systems, ideally Jira;
— Solid soft skills are a must.

Desirable skills:
— Experience in Payments domain;
— Hands-on experience with Jira Portfolio.
