— Incoming request processing for financial claims provision for all payment systems;
— Financial claims challenging and cooperation with the company partners;
— Cooperation with the financial and operational departments, on reconciliations, client documents for financial claims and other partners requests;
— Fraud alerts processing;
— Customer data collecting and analyzing, determining the level of risk.

Essential professional experience:

— Understanding the principle of payment systems operation will be a plus;
— Understanding the principle of fraud and risk analysis will be a plus;
— Intermediate English level;
— Microsoft Office (Excel is a must);
— PL/SQL at the level of building SQL queries;
— Ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of information;
— Analytical thinking;
— Good communication skills;
— Attention to details;
— Multitasking, energetic;
— Ability to work in a team and independently;
— High self-organization.
