We are searching for an innovative Technical Lead to join our company. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

Essential professional experience:

— 5 or more years experience in software development;
— 2 or more years experience in a leadership role with current backend technologies;
— In-depth experience with NodeJS and ReactJS;
— Strong skills in manipulating and analyzing the data;
— Strong team management skills;
— Excellent communication skills.

— Engage in our incident management process, leading both responses and retrospectives;
— Draft and review quarterly Engineering KPIs for your team;
