—Strong technical knowledges in next domains: Windows AD services, client Windows OS, MacOS, network, basic security practices and experience with implementing and administration corporate IT tools;
— Basic ITIL and Agile methodology;
— Be able to work under pressure, multitasking;
— Experience with VIP customers support;
— Experience with remote customers support;
— Great leadership, organizational and time-management skills;
— Proper written and oral skills(Ukrainian, Russian, English).
