— Design, co-design and deliver training to employees using variety of techniques (including facilitation);
— Help to design, organize and execute major L&D initiatives;
— Become an expert in LMS/ LXM;
— Run end-to-end projects;
— Perform admin tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, handling logistics, setting up systems and equipment etc for training initiatives;
— Act as a point of contact for the training curriculum.
Essential professional experience:
— Ability to structure and develop content;
— Ability to handle multiple projects, run end-to-end projects;
— Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people all over organization;
— LMS/ LXM tools knowledge;
— 3+ years in L&D, preferably in international companies with 100+ FTEs;
— Good written and spoken English.
