Learning & Development Lead


We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Lead who has a vision and capacity to build L&D system starting a new round of evolution for us. It’s not just about training and knowledge sharing — we are looking for a true influencer, able to inspire people and fire up the whole Company for growth.

Your challenges:

— Assisting the Company in transformation journey;
— Identifying needs and creating a value proposition without clearly articulated requirements.

— Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders, influence and lead them;

Essential professional experience:

— At least 5+ years of experience in relevant role;
— Personal training portfolio is a must;
— Leadership program would be a great advantage;
— TOP management trainings practice;
— Experience in IT and/or Consulting would be a plus.

Desirable skills and personal features:

— Excellent communication skills — having an ability to present, consult, influence, negotiate and facilitate at different employee’s levels;
— Leadership skills — having an ability to inspire, develop and motivate;
— Ability to deliver effectively in dynamically changing environment.
