— Minimum 1 year of implementing or administrating a Salesforce using sales, marketing, and CRM objects;
— At least 2 years working in business analysis or similar role;
— Knowledge and ability to put into practice the methodology for identifying, collecting, analyzing and formalizing requirements;
— Ability to analyze and develop technical contracts (API);
— Experience in writing technical documentation such as Business Requirements, Technical designs, Functional/non-functional requirements, etc;
— Understanding of the Salesforce data model;
— Knowledge of the basics of programming, testing, algorithms;
— Attention to details, design thinking.
— Salesforce certifications;
— Familiarity with SQL;
— High level of energy, innovation and positivity;
— Skills in UML and BPMN 2.0.
— Translating business needs into technical requirements;
— Interaction with stakeholders;
— Delivering high-level design of the target solution, including your own participation on the CRM administration;
— Discussing with the development team technical requirements — you should have a high-level understanding of APEX;
— Elaboration of integrations;
— Writing system documentation.
