PandaDoc is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Usability team. Our main goal is to transform complex processes into intuitive, delightful experiences. You will play a critical role in developing our platform into one that:

• Delivers value to users: underpinning a workflow-centric, reliable, intelligent platform that proactively guides users, anticipating needs.
• Delivers value to PandaDoc: establishing reusable, modular foundations. This unlocks a consistent UX for users today, scales to enable PandaDoc’s future, and provides the tools to enable rapid experimentation across our teams.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our users by collaborating closely with a talented team of 4 engineers. Together, you’ll build innovative features, improve the application performance and drive technical improvements. About You:

• At least 6+ years of working experience with Javascript / Typescript
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring quality and consistency in large-scale frontend projects.
• Strong understanding and experience in HTML and CSS
• Strong experience with React/Redux
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Strong knowledge and experience in application performance management and optimization techniques
• Proactive problem-solver, willing to grow autonomous worker
