We’re looking for friendly, customer-oriented System Administrator to provide technical assistance to our ever-growing client base. You’ll be our front line and will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer service is maintained to the standards set forth by the firm.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to continue to grow their technical skills and expertise. Interests in cloud technologies, automation, data and metrics are very welcome here.
— Apple devices (macOS) support experience (this may be optional for the right candidate — we are willing to teach you);
— Windows 10 configuration and support;
— Basic networking experience (DHCP, DNS, Routing, Cabling, VPN);
— Setup and fix office equipment (printers, scanners, conference rooms);
— Understanding backup and encryption technologies;
— Ability to diagnose hardware problems;
— Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written);
— The ability to work in a team or individually

It would be awesome if you had:
— G Suite Administration;
— Slack, Zoom (include rooms), Okta, Atlassian Cloud products admin experience;
— Administration Jamf Pro and Airwatch will be a big plus (other MDM or RMM solutions would be beneficial as well)
— Cisco wireless experience or deep knowledge in wireless networks, Meraki experience is a big plus.
— Work with large number of users (100+);
— Experience working with globally distributed teams would be a plus;

— Experience working with financial departments doing inventory controls and building vendor relationships;
— Basic knowledge & understanding of functionality 1C is a plus;
— Microsoft Office Applications (Office 365);
— ACMS and NVR administration;
— Windows Server 2016 (and newer) administration
— Proxmox virtualizations (or similar);
— PowerShell or other automation scripts.
