Requirements to the Job Applicant:
Understanding of an Agile development life cycle
1.5+ year of experience in IT Sales
Good written and spoken English
Experience in engaging Leads
Manage Sales from Lead to Contracting
Experienced in different types of Contracting (Dedicated, Time & Material, Fixed Price)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Focus on Client’s needs and ability to offer a solution to meet them
Work with expectations
Good level of Technical knowledge in focus of Sales
