P2H is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of large-scale e-government platforms for a client in the Middle East. The project includes six major platforms and 10+ Scrum teams, developing digital solutions that enable seamless interaction between citizens, expats, and government institutions. These platforms are used by hundreds of people every minute, with a rapidly growing user base.
You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and fostering collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a project from initiation to closure within scope, budget, and schedule, or join an existing project.
- Ensure the team understands Scrum values and follows approved practices.
- Manage people-related activities, including conducting 1-on-1 meetings with team members and team motivation.
- Track project health, anticipate risks, and intercept cross-functional blockers.
- Be a leader in the process of identifying the needs of the project and taking action promptly.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to help with planning or setting priorities.
- Work with multiple stakeholders, synchronizing their needs and priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management for software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience in change request management, release management, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong communication channels across teams and stakeholders.
- Flexible thinking and a structured approach to managing complex projects.
Nice to Have:
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) or equivalent Agile qualifications.
- Experience working in government or public sector projects.
- Familiarity with large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
