About the role

We are looking for a Finance manager who will be responsible for the accounting and finance processes of our company offices located across the globe. It includes: banking, and payment systems, budgeting, and finance of different countries.

We are looking for a candidate who has good communication skills, able to adapt quickly, and can find compromises.

🚀 What you’ll do:

Working with financial documents:

  • Providing documents for accountant-outsourcers to ensure complete and accurate local statutory reporting.
  • Issue and process incoming/outgoing invoices.
  • Participate in budgeting processes, financial planning, and forecasting.
  • Review accounting records and assist with international audit processes.
  • Working closely with the accounting teams of our foreign companies.

Working with legal documents:

  • Proofread and coordinate primary financial and legal documents (contracts, reports, etc.).

✅ What we expect:

  • 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in international or IT companies.
  • Upper-Intermediate (or confident Intermediate+) English, especially in financial terminology. Ukrainian — fluent.
  • Knowledge of finance functions work in a multinational environment (we can teach specifics if needed).
  • Solid Excel skills and comfort working with numbers.
  • Experience or understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ability to work with international documentation (contracts, reports, invoices, etc.).
  • Understanding of how global banking systems and financial platforms operate.
  • Motivation to grow professionally and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
