The project, technologies, team details

For the past 6 years, we have been developing an ecosystem of E-government products for a client in KSA.

Currently, 6 large platforms and 15+ scrum teams are developing products based on these platforms. Each platform is an electronic cabinet with electronic services that allow citizens and expats to communicate effectively with the state. Hundreds of people use these products every minute and the number of users is only growing.

We form full-fledged scrum teams for each product, consisting of BE, FE, QA, BA, SA, and DevOps. There are 5-12 people on each team. Become a part of our team of 150+ experts working on this account. As a Project Manager, you will lead the team working on one of the services for this platform. Be sure we always take care of a well-balanced and comfortable workload.

Technologies that we use:

  • Ruby, Java, React.js, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, ELK stack, Prometheus stack, etc.
  • DevOps tools — GitLab CI, Docker, docker-compose, Terraform, Ansible
  • Other tools — Selenium, Allure, SonarQube, Bash, Python

Your impact

  • Drive a project from initiation to closure within scope, budget, and schedule, or join the existing project
  • Ensure the team understands Scrum values and follows approved practices
  • People management activities, including conducting 1-on-1 with team members
  • Track project health, anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers
  • Preparation of new bids (technical and commercial proposals for incoming projects)
  • Be a leader in the process of identifying the needs of the project and taking action promptly
  • Collaborate with other Project managers to help with planning or setting priorities

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
  • Has at least Upper-Intermediate English in speaking and writing

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Communication and negotiation skills for working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Agile & Scrum:

  • Hands-on experience with the Scrum framework.
  • The PM will also act as a Scrum Master on the project, guiding the team through the Agile process.

Project Management Skills:

  • Planning, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.
  • Risk management, release management, and change request management experience.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Prioritization and adaptability to dynamic project demands.
  • Experience managing multiple project teams (5+ people per team).

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with scaling practices is a plus.
  • Ability to manage several teams or projects at once.
  • Proactivity: Must be proactive with strong communication skills to address team needs, project goals, and client requirements.
  • Pre-sales & Account Startup: Open to participating in pre-sales activities and ready to start new projects and accounts from the ground up.
