We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and transform our marketing strategies across multiple divisions. The CMO will be critical in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth, enhance our brand presence, and optimize our market positioning. This role requires a high level of proficiency in English and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

P2H is an IT services and consulting company specializing in custom web and software development, mobile development, and design. We provide innovative solutions to clients globally, delivering high-quality services and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
P2H has 3 divisions: GetDevDone, Custom Division, and P2H Arabia.
The brand GetDevDone is historically the first division of P2H. Essentially, it is where the company began. This is outsourcing. Most of the clients are from the United States. However, there are projects for European countries such as the UK, Germany, and Sweden.
Expertise: comprehensive and simple web solutions, markup, landing pages, email templates and signatures, and design solutions (web, UI/UX, Motion, branding development).

Custom Division. Custom Division is the company’s second division. Currently, about 50% of our colleagues work in this division. Here, we handle high-tech solutions and long-term complex projects for clients worldwide with microservice architecture, high-load services, and endless growth opportunities.

P2H Arabia. This branch of P2H focuses on the Middle Eastern market, specifically on governmental solutions. For the last 7 years, we worked with esteemed organizations in Saudi Arabia. We created 6 large web platforms in the E-government domain with millions of users.

Your impact
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies for different business units, including the GetDevDone, P2H Arabia, and Custom Division.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, formulate value propositions, and create ideal client profiles.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing, ensuring measurable results and continuous optimization.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic PR, offline activities, seminars, conferences, and online content.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on marketing performance and strategic initiatives.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate marketing budgets, prioritize spending, and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Innovation and Growth: Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, adapt to changing market conditions, and support business scaling efforts.
Team
We have dedicated marketing and business development teams across various units, including a specialized Employer Brand Team.
These teams comprise SEO, and PPC Specialists, a Content Writer, a Marketing Manager, a PR Manager, a Community Manager, and a Communication Lead.
As CMO, you will oversee all marketing operations across the company, working closely with the Board of Directors.
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience: At least 2+ years of proven track record as a CMO or a similar senior role in a tech-driven organization focusing on scalability.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, change management, and result-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and solve problems effectively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of marketing professionals—experience in hiring and developing talent.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and make data-driven decisions.
- Education: A solid foundation in marketing, demonstrated by a relevant degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Cultural fit: Experience working in diverse cultural environments, particularly in the Middle East is a plus.
- English: at least C1 level.
- Business trips: Willingness and possibility to travel abroad for offline meetings with partners, etc (specifically to Saudi Arabia).
