For the past four years, we have been developing an ecosystem of e-government products for a foreign client. There are six large platforms and 15 scrum teams developing products based on these platforms.
Each of the platforms is in fact an electronic cabinet with a set of electronic services that allow businesses, citizens, and ex-pats to communicate effectively with the state. Hundreds of people use these products every minute and the number of users is only growing.
Our mission is to create a great product that eases the lives of hundreds of thousands of people!
Responsibilities
— Newcomer onboarding
— Track progress and provides regular feedback to the newcomer during the trial period
— Conduct
— Responsible for the level of satisfaction of members of the team
— Support with maintaining team members personal development plans
— Monitor health check and attrition status
— Motivate people to develop, engages their team members to provide knowledge sharing sessions in frames of presentation skills development
— Facilitate resolving conflicts when their team members are involved
— Introducing company-wide processes and procedures, improvements
— Provide necessary reporting, keeps available talents report up-to-date, suggests available talents to PM considering their skills and cost
— Responsible for continuous human involvement in projects
— Consult about talents rotations and promotion in the project team(s)
— Provide recruiters with information about needed new talents
— Ensure that Timesheets are correctly and timely filled and closed
— Keep salary matrix up-to-date
We are looking for someone who has
— 3+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, and managing of human resources or similar role
— Good understanding of the IT outsourcing industry
— High level of analytical skills
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
— Responsive and highly service-oriented
— English level — Intermediate and above
