P2H invites an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on a large project in the E-Government niche.
We work on a portfolio of actively developing social-cultural long-term projects in the e-government niche for a Middle East country.

Currently, there are six large platforms and 15 scrum teams developing products based on these platforms.

The platform is a key element of the 2030 strategy focused on improving the job market. It is an electronic cabinet with a set of electronic services that allow citizens and ex-pats to communicate effectively with the state. Hundreds of people use these products every minute and the number of users is only growing.

Responsibilities:
— Work on product design tasks company in the E-Government niche
— Create and improve UX and UI of the product
— Present your design decisions to the development team and a Product Owner
— Cooperate with the Product Owner and Development Team on a regular basis

We are looking for someone who:
— At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design
— Up-to-date portfolio
— Experience designing on Figma
— Strong design system skills, рixel perfect design, design presentation skills, and wireframing
— Be an actively share thoughts, suggest better approaches, be involved — participate, not attend
— Be a passionate, collaborative team player
— Attention to the details
— Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to have:
— Experience with Adobe Illustrator — 2 years
— Experience with Kanban — 2 years
— Experience with Scrum — 2 years
— Experience with Domains: CRM, dashboarding — 2 years
