About the project:
Our project is a platform that represents electronic services to enable interaction among parties within the system “government-company-company employees- residents.” This is an e-government niche.
This is a high-load system based on a microservices architecture.
The English-speaking client is in the same time zone.
— Interact with ticket system and ability to solve moderate to complex problems in the current system, including but not limited to:
— Check data integrity in database / Elastic caches and ability to reload data
— Restart services if required
— Check if the third-party services are live and in case of service disruption communicate it to the owner from the client’s side
— Monitor system stats and reacts to unusual behavior
— React on the alarm system
— Participate in post mortem analysis
— Communicate problem to L3 if it’s too complex or beyond their capabilities
Requirements:
— Medium+ Linux skills
— Medium+ EQL, able to run command in Kibana dashboard
— Medium+ SQL
— Understanding of RabbitMQ concepts and console
— Ability to quickly write small run-and-trashit scripts to automate data integrity checks/fixes
— B1+ English, ability to discuss issues with DevOps and participate in calls
— A basic understanding of PgSQL
— Ability to work with Postman / gRPC to check RPC services
