P2H is looking for a partner, rather than a Project Manager, to join our team who will help us to improve and extend our collaboration with one of the best clients in the world. We are a distributed team with more than 50 stakeholders on client’s side and we assume our Partner will help us to cope not only with operational work but also with defining the strategic goals based on business needs as well as to implement the most bold decisions.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• 2 + yrs working as PM/group Leader
• Fluent English and excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent task/goal-setting skills
• Hands-on experience with product management
• Excellent collaboration and facilitating skills
• Hands-on experience of leading projects in Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands-on experience of SDLC, JIRA and Confluence and using Scrum/Kanban in JIRA
• Hands-on experience with scrum framework and artifacts (such as Acceptance Criteria, DoD and DoR, user stories, backlog refinement, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills

As a Project Manager, You Will

• Develop and optimize the current processes on products
• Perform risk management and develop the mitigation plan
• Anticipate customers needs and exceed expectations
• Define tasks dependencies and set the effective development process
• Develop an efficient collaboration with client’s product teams to understand business requirements and set up a further project management process
• Prepare WBS and build a delivery plan on new projects (Fixed Price)
• Control quality and deadlines of tasks/sprints/products, timely address and solve the issues
• Define the required resources, build a product roadmap and control its implementation
• Implement and support scrum practices into the team work : grooming, estimation, sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, retrospective
• Interview and onboard new comers
• Maintain and control time reports
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports to be sent to the client
• Perform an internal team retrospective once a quarter
• Work with UI/UX Designers, review design tasks and provide your feedback
