— Experience working as HRD or HR Lead, HR Business Partner in IT company, preferably with 500-1000+ employees
— Experience with HR Strategy developing
— Experience in scaling HR processes and building different HR structures
— Project approach to HR processes implementation
— Understanding the types of corporate cultures, team values identifying
— Experience with HR metrics and HRIS implementation
— Change Management experience
— Show a proactive attitude and can-do mindset
— Excellent communication and organizational skills

Обов’язки

People Operations (60%)
— Being the corporate culture evangelist. Specifically, the “Remote First” approach along with company Vision / Mission / Values
— Providing people management training/coaching for PMs
— Company-wide HR-reporting implementation and support
— Onboarding / Offboarding process implementation and support
— Ensuring cross-cutting carrier possibilities for employees

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting (30%)
— Continuous nation-wide market analysis including rates, availability, demand
— Building and promoting the employer brand
— Ensuring the culture fit for newcomers
— Supervising job descriptions/offers, especially soft-skills requirements

Events (10%)
— Organizing events and initiatives related to the “Remote First” approach
— Organizing corporate events and training
