— 3+ years of experience in the role of Business Analyst
— Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis and specification
— Good knowledge of business analysis processes and technics
— Knowledge of SDLC and Agile principles and experience in Agile methodologies
— Expertise in writing user stories (including acceptance criteria using ‘Gherkin language’)
— Ability to implement BA process improvements and drive changes
— Experience in visual modeling (prototyping, UML and BPMN)
— Advanced in Jira, Confluence, diagramming and prototyping tools
— Ability to work with stakeholders in the international environment

— Perform proxy-product owner role on a project using benchmarking and market analysis, business rules analysis, decision analysis and modeling
— Regular communication with business stakeholders (requirements alignment, prioritization, progress tracking)
— Define, analyze and decompose product features
— Create unambiguous, easy-to-read documentation using “user story”, “acceptance criteria” and “user story mapping” technics
