Opportunity:
Lawrina is a legal-tech solutions portal that integrates such products as Loio (AI-driven legal document drafting software for lawyers), Lawrina Match (lawyer marketplace), Lawrina Law (free database of law resources), and more.
We are looking for a new member to join our product team to develop one (or more) of the products.
What we need:
▻ 4+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS company;
▻ Proven track record of successfully launching and/or scaling a product;
▻ English — Upper Intermediate + (B2, C1, C2);
▻ Experience using product analytics tools (Amplitude, MixPanel etc.);
▻ Comprehensive product analytics skill covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion;
▻ Strong knowledge of product development processes (Agile);
▻ Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross-functional teams;
▻ As a big plus: experience in legal-tech products.
Responsible for:
▻ Work with stakeholders to come up with product improvements;
▻ Analyze business metrics in order to improve key product indicators;
▻ Define a product lifecycle strategy based on market and business needs;
▻ Drive alignment to the strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders across the sales, customer success and technology organizations;
▻ Come up with and document product requirements;
▻ Collaborate with product designers a lot to visualize your ideas;
▻ Work in close collaboration with development team to deliver features;
▻ Develop and continuously refine the market expertise, which includes a deep understanding of how lawyers oriented products are used, customer experience needs, competition, and emerging trends related to Lawrina;
▻ Create key metrics and performance indicators for developed features.
