About the project:
Loio is a Microsoft Word add-in that simplifies legal document review & editing. Released in 2020, Loio is designed to help lawyers and legal professionals to deliver tidy docs faster. We are a new tool with a growing team and an ambitious vision of helping lawyers in the US and Europe.
Work conditions:
- Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all webinar programs & initiatives;
- Evaluate current strategy and identify weaknesses;
- Take part and coordinate process of creating content for the webinars presentations, landing pages, emails;
- Create, maintain and execute a webinar schedule;
- Organize registration and follow up for each webinar;
- Collaborate with internal company teams to improve quality of webinars;
- Measure the success of each webinar and report the results to management;
- Work with speakers and marketing team to determine the most important points for the webinar;
- Conduct post webinar surveys, polls and act as a moderator if necessary.
- Follow up with webinar attendees;
- Analyze webinar results and suggest improvements;
- Conduct, gather and analyze market research to identify new opportunities.
What we need:
- At least 2 years of related work experience;
- Experience managing online conference platforms;
- Experience with video editing platforms and audio equipment;
- Previous experience with cross-cultural audiences (we are working with the USA market);
- Upper-intermediate English is a must.
As a huge plus:
- Understanding of the Legal Tech theme;
- Experience as a PR manager will be a plus.
