— 4+ years of experience as a QA and 1+ year as a team lead ;
— Deep knowledge of main testing principles;
— Test design techniques;
— Know test documentation development principles and methods;
— Have an understanding of SQL and hands-on experience using one of the DB;
— Have experience with HTML, Web Services, RESTful API, network protocols;
— Postman testing experience (pre-scripts, post-scripts, environments).

— Create and implement a clear testing flow into the overall product development workflow;
— Manage the QA team (Manual&Automation Engineers)
— Regular communication and cooperation with PO and developers;
— Define and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, and other QA assessments;
— Improve the development process of our products;
— Collect, analyze, and classify errors to help developers fix issues quicker;
— Prevent quality regressions through time.
