— 5+ years as PM, min 2 years as Senior PM
— Experience of effective management of 3+ mid-size projects simultaneously and teams of 10+ people
— Upper Intermediate English and perfect communication skills
— Experience with Agile project management (Scrum weekly delivery, Kanban, XP, LEAN)
— BA skills and product development ownership
— Experience of on-budget fixed-price projects closing
— Perfect project management skills (estimation, planning, negotiation, execution, reporting etc.)

— Responsible and hard-working
— Able to manage stress
— Technical hands-on and project administration
— Able to do testing similar to UAT (customer usage mindset)
— Experience with contract management (SOW, SRS, Delivery Management)

Would be a plus:

— Work experience with Israeli customers
— Former developer with CTO mindset (follow technology trends, high-level architecture skills)
— Expertise in eCommerce/Healthcare/Retail/Estate/Finance
— Experience in Web, Mobile, Desktop and CV/ML
— Knowledge of AWS/Google Cloud
— UX/UI expertise
