• At least 1 year + of experience in IT recruitment (preferable agency or IT company);
• Basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
• Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites);
• Stress resistance, willingness to work with different level positions;
• Mindset: tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures;
• Team player person who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency;
• Should be willing to participate in other HR projects;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• At least Pre — Intermediate level of English.

• Experience with different recruitment ATS.

• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, job sites etc.;
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions;
• Assessing applicants; knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions;
• Take a part in HR activities;
• Review and understand technical job requirements;
• Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong passive pipeline;
