Необходимые навыки

• At least 1 year + of experience in IT recruitment (preferable agency or IT company);
• Basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
• Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites);
• Stress resistance, willingness to work with different level positions;
• Mindset: tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures;
• Team player person who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency;
• Should be willing to participate in other HR projects;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• At least Pre — Intermediate level of English.
