We are looking for an initiative, proactive, ambitious Lead iOS developer to join our team. We are interested in a person who is able to manage iOS department and improve development processes.

What we want you to have:
— Swift, Objective C
— Strong architectural background
— Ability to switch between different priorities
— SwiftUI, UIKit
— RX, Combine
— English — upper intermediate or higher
— Flutter experience is nice to have
What we want you to do:
— communication with PM and the customer on main project
— mentoring other iOS devs, leading iOS department, overviewing other iOS projects in the company
— participating in hiring iOS devs, interviewing
— following iOS community trends and bringing them up into the company
— leading self-education sessions
— participating in sales and high-level estimations
