We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue/Retention Officer (CRO) to join our team in the fast-paced and competitive industry.

As a CRO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s revenue strategy, collaboration with marketing efforts, and identifying new opportunities to enhance the overall financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience of managing and leading the Retention, VIP Service/Customer Success departments or Product Operations (experience with Product Design and CX will be a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IGaming industry with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Experience in launching and developing B2C brands, with a focus on Tier 1 markets.
  • Proven record of hands-on experience in budgeting.
  • Proficiency in customer analytics, including hands-on experience with Tableau, or Power BI, or Google Analytics.
  • Intermediate Strong or higher English.
  • Performance-oriented mindset, understanding metrics, and the ability to provide accessible analytics and predictions for colleagues.
  • Systematic work approach, from analysis and hypothesis to prototype, implementation, launch, analysis, results, and repetition.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Profit Strategy that will unlock the potential of the customer base from various traffic acquisition channels and different GEOs.
  • Develop a set of effective tools and mechanics for activation, retention, and reactivation of key player segments at different stages of the customer’s lifecycle.
  • Monthly budgeting and control of bonus issuance.
  • Monthly planning and actualization of Revenue and GGR metrics.
  • People management, team development.
  • Development of tools, processes, and approaches for efficient team work and rational utilization of available resources to implement strategic and tactical plans.
  • Reports and analytics system that combines Retention, Product and CX metrics.
  • Interaction and collaboration with the Marketing department to improve ROMI metrics and GGR growth.
  • Collaboration with the technical department to implement product changes, improve conversion, and business metrics.
