Responsibilities:

• Analyze game performance and lifecycle to maximize revenues in each individual market, identify month on month trends, opportunities by market, and highlight any potential issues;
• Analysis of game campaign performance in order to improve efficiency and ROI;
• Evaluate casino performance across devices, brands, and markets to ensure the user experience is optimized;
• Assist with the set-up of bonuses, tournaments, and bonus profiles
• Assist Customer Support and liaise with Game Providers on any game issues;
• Conduct analysis of market trends and opportunities in conjunction with monitoring competitor’s activities in order to sustain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Excellent German oral and written communication skills;
• 1+ years in the iGaming industry;
• Experience using JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, Asana/ClickUp issue tracking, and project management tools;
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3;
• Basic English;
• Understand the needs of digital casino customers and why games appeal to them;
• Passionate about games and all things casino-related;
• Ability to work flexible hours as sometimes dynamic and weekend work may be needed;
• Effective reporting, numerical & analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights & sources to tell a compelling story;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Driven and results-orientated.
