Description of Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the product operations on a day to day basis, owning the CRM management system and content roadmap.
2. Test and release of new products and content.
3. Analyze customer performance and lifecycle to maximize revenues in each individual market, identify month on month trends, opportunities of the market and highlight any potential issues.
4. Analyze campaign performance in order to improve efficiency and ROI.
5. Evaluate platforms performance across devices, brands, and markets to ensure that the user experience is optimized.
6. Communicate upcoming platforms releases, new product features, and network promotional offers to various stakeholders within the organization.
7. Assist with the set-up of bonuses and bonus profiles.
8. Assist Customer Support and liaise with Providers on any platforms issues.
9. Conduct analysis of market trends and opportunities in conjunction with monitoring competitor’s activities in order to sustain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
1. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
2. 2+ years in the iGaming industry.
3. Have a good knowledge of all games and virtual games.
4. Understand the needs of digital platform customers and why games appeal to them.
5. Be passionate about games.
6. Ability to work flexible hours and sometimes on demand and weekend work may be needed.
7. Effective reporting, numerical & analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights & sources to tell a compelling story.
8. Driven and result-oriented.

Nice to have:
1. Experience using JIRA, Asana issue tracking, and project management tools.
2. Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
