We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (only from Dnipro). The vacancy is a perfect fit for 3-year student or recent graduate from law faculty.

What we expect from you

• Working knowledge of Google and MS Office products.
• English at a level: strong intermediate, upper-intermediate.
• Interest in IT Law, the law of international transactions.
• Legal internship or work-related activities will be a benefit.
• High level of responsibility.
• Attentiveness to details.
• Learnability, ability to work with new information.
• Desire to automate routine processes.

What you will do

• Search, calling couriers and sending documents from Ukraine.
• Sorting of documents: scanning documents (incoming correspondence and contracts signed in the office, acts), distribution by folders, sending of return copies.
• Preparation of template contract/addendum/letters and documents according to the templates.
• Description and systematization of the document flow process.
• Keeping the customer address database up-to-date.
• Control and monitoring of receipt of original documents.
• Entering data into the accounting system.
• Basic consultations on legislation/monitoring of legislation and draft laws in certain areas.
