— handling inbound inquiries:
— searching for additional information about the companies, managing CRM database, maintaining corporate online chat, helping to solve sales issues;
— focus on outbound prospecting:
— searching for leads and information about their companies in the specified regions and niches;
— collaborate with Head of Sales to come up with new processes;
— holding primary demos and preparing answers to clients’ questions about the OWOX BI;
— use a variety of instruments (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision-makers;
— be a key component in ensuring OWOX has accurate data to drive the strategy for our future growth.
