We are a product company which is developing a new customer service tool that helps companies manage their service and support cases. A service desk is a customer service hub that allows the inflowing activity to come into one place.
Who are we looking for?
For a passionate, attentive to details and goal-oriented Manual QA engineer who is willing to learn new things and would take challenges as opportunities to grow.
What we expect from you:
— 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing of Web applications;
— Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Quality Assurance processes and methodologies;
— Understanding of software development life cycle;
— Ability to analyze requirements and create test scenarios based on it;
— Experience in creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports, etc.);
— Experience with testing REST APIs (Postman, Swagger, Curl);
— Familiarity with web debugging tools (Chrome dev. tools, Firebug, etc.);
— Intermediate English level.
Nice to have:
— Knowledge and practical experience working with SQL;
— Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery processes (Jenkins);
— Desire to develop in the field of test automation.
Responsibilities:
— Manual product testing;
— Perform functional, smoke, regression testing;
— Perform APIs testing (Postman, Swagger);
— Creation and maintenance of testing documentation (TestRail, Confluence);
— Ongoing bug tracking and bug reporting (Jira);
— Requirement analysis and clarification;
— Work as part of an Agile/Scrum team, participating in all Scrum processes and ceremonies.
