Requirements:
• Understanding of FinTech domain (Payments) and online payments processes (Visa / Mastercard, Internet acquiring, payment cards, e-wallets, payment systems, 3D Secure, etc.)
• Practical experience (1 year+) of conducting new integrations / maintenance existed integrations of payments systems / banks / PSP
• Practical experience with logs analysis and monitoring (e.g. Kibana, Grafana, etc.)
• Understanding of API (REST API, JSON, HTTP, experience with Postman and similar apps)
• English Intermediate Level (reading technical documentation e.g. API specifications, communication with an external support if necessary)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Java Script
Nice to have:
• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer/ QA / Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
• Understanding of PCI DSS purpose and processes
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance integration of the platform with third party services using API (payment systems, banks, etc.)
• Maintenance of connection the platform with online merchants using API
• Maintenance of Requirements analysis and optimization documentation in regards monitoring of interaction
• Optimization of the platform and external systems integration processes
• Maintenance of internal documentation for integrations in actual state
• Support and ensure stable work of integrations with external systems (including incidents management in regards integrations, monitoring key quality indicators of interaction with external systems)
