— 1+ year as Analyst, Game Economy Designer, Monetization Manager or similar in Mobile Games;
— Advanced understanding of SQL;
— Good knowledge of Google Spreadsheets or similar (including writing macros);
— Working experience with and setting up external Analytics Tool, Dashboard (Tableau, PowerBI) etc;
— Good analytical, math and statistics skills;
— Passionate about mobile games and have a vast “track record” as a player;
— Appreciation and understanding of teamwork;
— Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field;
— English — intermediate.
— Working with database scripts (experience querying large, complex data sets, experience with window functions etc);
— Live-ops experience.
You will contribute to all areas of business intelligence, meanwhile being responsible for analysis, balancing, economy and data gathering. As a multi-disciplinary team of developers, artists and game designers we will create games that will be played by millions of people all around the world.
— Analyze (real-time) feedback and metrics, and propose gameplay adjustments to improve metrics;
— Analyze UA campaigns and game vitals reporting;
— Help create, assess, re-balance and tune gameplay based on data;
— Creation, adaption and revision of game economy documentation;
— Preparing tracking requirements for the game;
— Data researching and benchmarking;
— Work with the team to ensure game consistency;
— Working with 3rd party analytic tools;
— Contributing to the improvement of user experience in the games.
