— 2+ year experience in related roles;
— Advanced level of English, both written and spoken:
— Effective communication and negotiation skills;
— Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
— Comfortable working with KPIs and targets
— Digital native, experience navigating platforms such as CRMs or ATSs as well as LinkedIn
— Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly;
— Strong team player.
— Sales experience either B2B in any form or B2C over phone, not retail.
— Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
— Generate a pipeline of candidates;
· Create a wide candidate pool and updating CV search database;
— Find new resources and strategies for discovering qualified candidates to be reached in the shortest time;
— Monitor and analyze the job market.
— Take part in HR activities.
