We are looking for a proactive and highly organized IT Project Coordinator to join our team and drive key initiatives across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology transformation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience coordinating IT projects, preferably in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology transformation.
• Strong experience managing project plans, backlogs, sprint schedules, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-friendly communication.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and core security concepts, including SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, IAM, and cloud governance.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills using PowerPoint, Miro, or equivalent collaboration tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify delivery risks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities across cloud migration, cloud security, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Maintain project backlogs, timelines, sprint plans, milestone tracking, and resource alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between Cloud Architects, DevSecOps engineers, Security Operations (SOC), Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders.
• Translate technical documentation, cloud architecture updates, security initiatives, and engineering progress into executive-ready presentations, reports, and business communications.
• Prepare status updates, KPI reports, risk registers, meeting notes, and steering committee materials.
• Coordinate project dependencies, identify delivery risks, and escalate blockers before they impact timelines.
• Support organizational change management by planning internal communications around cloud transformations, migrations, and security initiatives.
• Help drive adoption of DevSecOps practices by creating clear communication materials and ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
• Facilitate collaboration across distributed teams and ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
