We are looking for experienced and motivated IT Sales Manager!

Objectives:
Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

Responsibilities:
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients

Understanding of B2B world — reaching out to business decision-makers is different from reaching out to consumers, so you need to know who your prospects are and what they care about.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes

Skills and qualifications:
-Advanced+ English
-3 or more years of managing sales within a corporate setting
-Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
-Time management skills, proactivity, and result-orientation
-Experience in Outbound Sales/Lead Generation
-Experience in using Upwork/LinkedIn for lead generation
-Knowledge in managing a lead database using a CRM system
-Understanding KPIs measurement and creation of reports
