Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or post-secondary degree
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
• Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of customer behavior tracking events
• Experience setting up analytics integrations
• Understanding of SEO principles and Google Ads is a plus
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
• Results driven and motivated individual who takes initiative, with strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
• Setup event tracking in web analytics services
Identify what data we should collect and how to support a deep understanding of customer behavior
• With a data-centric approach to e-commerce, identify gaps on customers’ sites not limited to usability, inventory, accessibility, errors, and latency.
• Provides eCommerce team insights based on reports, suggests A/B testing to be performed, the efficiency of tests, and enhancements to the site.
• Supporting and implementing various development projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, technology, operations, etc.)
