Requirements:
• IT faculty graduate
• Teaching or coaching experience (university teaching experience is a plus)
• Web programming experience with frontend (HTML, CSS, Javascript) or backend (any web language like PHP, .NET, etc)
• Excellent spoken and written English skills

Responsibilities:
• Train new hired employees on specific technologies used in the company
• Conduct periodical evaluations on trainees’ activity and make recommendations
• Work closely with project managers, mentors, team leaders, and HR Buddies in order to ensure trainees’ fast progress
• Organize webinars on different technical topics dedicated to all employees
• Document the training process and update it continuously
• Manage the training programs for different technologies and career paths
• Maintain the training knowledge database with the latest materials
• Work closely with various Managers to identify the gaps and find solutions for training to cover those gaps
• Participate in special training projects, as required
