OS.ECO is a team of IT professionals who have specialized in providing technical support to businesses of all sizes for more than ten years. Our team provides a wide range of services — from DevOps, Service Desk, and NOC to office IT support, web hosting, server maintenance, domain services, and SIP.
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure;
- Configuring dynamic routing and understanding static routing;
- Working with providers — setting up new connections and ensuring service availability;
- Supporting the company’s local networks and configuring network monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix);
- Troubleshooting incidents and restoring network operations after failures;
- Participating in the deployment of IT infrastructure for new projects (offices, coworking spaces, private houses): commissioning SCS, FOCL, and Wi-Fi;
- Performing regular maintenance of active network equipment;
- Implementing and supporting network-related services;
- Working with network equipment such as D-Link, Mikrotik, HPE, Cisco, and Fortinet;
- Maintaining technical documentation;
- Using Jira and Netbox for task tracking and equipment inventory.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of the OSI model;
- Experience with Linux-based systems;
- Experience building network-level load balancing and redundancy;
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining equipment from Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, D-Link, HPE, Fortinet, and Juniper;
- Experience configuring and operating Syslog, RADIUS, Nagios, and Zabbix services.
