We’re looking for a curious, forward-thinking engineer to step into a full-time AI Adoption Lead role to help us to shape how we build and implement our product with AI across the organization and ecosystem.

AI tools are rapidly becoming essential allies in modern engineering workflows — enhancing everything from code generation and suggestions to smarter code reviews, automated test creation, refactoring, and even documentation.

Industry leaders like Microsoft, Meta, Google, and Amazon, as well as our direct competitors such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Shopify, are already transforming how their engineering teams work and increasing productivity through AI adoption.

We’ve conducted various experiments and seen many of our engineers organically begin integrating AI tools into their daily development process.

This role will aggregate following responsibilities:

— AI tools testing and evaluation
— Integration of AI tools into development workflows
— Support and training of engineers and development teams
— Automation of development and implementation processes with AI tools
