We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team.

What will you do?
— Support project planning and coordination efforts, including timelines, deliverables, and team communication;
— Build trusted relationships with all project stakeholders, managing their expectations to ensure customer satisfaction;
— Conduct 1:1 meetings, salary reviews, and support recruitment/onboarding activities as needed;
— Maintain a friendly environment within the team: promoting teamwork and collaboration;
— Create and maintain project management documentation;
— Participate in ORIL’s Project Management Community;
— Engage in the creation of internal policies and the improvement of company processes.
What do we expect?
Experience:
— 1+ years of experience in IT project coordination or management, with a good understanding of project management principles;
— Hands-on involvement in supporting various phases of the project lifecycle — from initiation to delivery;
— Managing teams of 4+ people.
Communication:
— Upper-Intermediate or higher English level;
— Strong business written and verbal communication skills;
— Comfortable with negotiation and resolving conflicts
— Good understanding of USA culture and specific communication habits.
Soft Skills:
— People management;
— Ability to build a long-term relationship with the team members and create a healthy work environment;
— Negotiation and decision-making skills;
— Mindset: Proactive planner (instead of problem solver).
Tech Skills:
— Fundamental understanding and practical experience in Agile environments;
— Experience applying various estimation techniques;
— Ability to flag potential issues and escalate when needed;
— Stakeholder management skills;
— Basic understanding of software development fundamentals, technologies, and general application architecture constructs;
— Experience with project management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in working directly with clients;
— Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership;
— A strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and take on new challenges over time.
