What are we looking for?

• 5–7 years of Manual QA experience.
• Advanced expertise in web-based and mobile application testing.
• In-depth understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Proficiency in testing REST APIs and other web services.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry best practices around QA and testing.
• Familiarity with the latest QA tools and technologies.
• Proven ability to create comprehensive test documentation.
• Capacity to mentor junior team members in documentation best practices.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
• Familiarity with methodologies like DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Capability to lead QA projects and initiatives.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers.
• A strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

What will you do?

• Lead and actively participate in the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across all stages of development.
• Write and review detailed, concise, and effective testing plans and test cases.
• Develop and implement advanced testing strategies.
• Perform and oversee manual testing to verify that code changes meet team standards and user requirements.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues.
• Identify, report, and prioritize reproducible defects with clear, actionable steps.
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Cooperate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to solve problems in the applications.
• Help facilitate communication and collaboration within the QA team.
• Run and oversee regression tests and automation test scripts.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain test suites.
• Participate in writing and maintaining documentation for the application.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team.

Stage: Active stage of development
Team: 1 QA Coordinator (Manual), 2 Manual QA, 1 AQA, 8 Developers, 1 PM, 2 DevOps, 2 Engineering Managers
