We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead ORIL’s marketing, develop and implement our marketing strategy.
Required skills:
General & Domain:
—4+ years of experience in digital Marketing;
—2+ years of experience in IT/Outsourcing;
—2+ years of experience managing marketing teams;
—Experience working with US market, good understanding of US culture and communication specificities;
—C1 English level (written and spoken).
Technical:
—Experience with analytics and website tracking tools. Able to set them up, work and interpret the data (especially Google Analytics);
—Good knowledge of key SEO concepts;
—Experience working with CRMs (preferably HubSpot).
Managerial:
—Excellent communication skills;
—Strong planning, project-leading skills and managing marketing projects;
—Cross-team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to organize work with internal and external specialists (content writers, consultants, designers, SMM);
—Highly result-oriented, proactive and ambitious person.
Would be a plus:
—Degree in relevant domain; marketing courses; certifications;
—Email marketing;
—Experience working with paid ads;
—Video content creation.
Responsibilities:
— Analyze current work of marketing department and help improve company’s marketing department processes;
— Planning and executing Marketing strategy;
— Oversee and manage work of the entire marketing department. Coordinate work of several departments, specialists or external vendors: SMM, Sales, CEO, HR, design, SEO, Content, company website etc.;
— Brand. Help build ORIL brand as a reliant service provider for existing and new clients as well as a reliant employer for existing and potential employees.
— Analytics. Build cohesive marketing Analytics that will be used by all departments;
— Manage other marketing activities that might be necessary to achieve the company’s goals: (Example): launching email campaigns; ad campaigns; help improve company presentations and other marketing materials; participate in video content creation; provide marketing guidance during internal and public company events; etc.
