Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter (at least 1,5 years)
  • Good understanding of programming languages, technologies, roles, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques;
  • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment;
  • At least Intermediate English level;
  • Comfortable working with G-Suite (spreadsheets, documents);
  • Practical knowledge of modern recruitment tools and HR databases;
  • Team and result-oriented attitude.

It Will be a plus:

  • Completed recruitment/HR courses;

Responsibilities:

  • Active search of candidates according to open positions;
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy;
  • Build and maintain a diverse and high-quality candidate pipeline across a variety of positions and skillsets;
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and keep in touch with all potential prospects;
  • Take part in Full Lifecycle Recruitment: from sourcing to manager relationships, interviewing, references, writing offers, and onboarding.
  • Create a great candidates experience;
  • Maintain positive company brand;
  • Participate in HR processes and company activities.
