Experience:
— 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT industry with strong theoretical and practical project management skills;
— Planning, organizing, and managing all phases of a project lifecycle to successful delivery;
— Managing teams of 8+ people;
— Work with enterprise clients;
— Nice to have: experience in healthcare

Communication:
— Upper-intermediate level of English;
— Excellent business written and verbal communication skills;
— Good understanding of USA culture and specific communication habits.

Soft Skills:
— Excellent people management and client relationship skills;
— Mindset: Proactive planner (instead of problem solver);

Tech Skills:
— Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, technologies, and general application architecture constructs;
